Campus One Teacher Privacy Policy

Campus One Teacher helps teachers access authorised school assignments, attendance, class information, messages, notifications, and related school services.

Information we process

• Teacher name, mobile number, account identifier, school, designation, department, and qualification.
• School, class, section, attendance, assignment, timetable, and student information the teacher is authorised to access.
• Device identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, notification delivery data, and limited diagnostics needed to operate the app.
• Images, documents, audio, and other files the teacher chooses to upload, record, download, or share.

Permissions and use

The app may request camera and microphone access for features the teacher starts, such as capturing images or recording audio. Photos and documents are selected through the device system picker. Notifications are used for school updates and messages. These permissions are not used to continuously monitor the teacher.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate teachers, provide authorised school services, deliver notifications, support messaging and file features, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared with the teacher's school and authorised service providers only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. School records may be retained by the school according to its legal and administrative requirements. We retain account and operational data only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated connections, and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion

To request deletion of a Campus One Teacher account and associated personal data, email campusone123@gmail.com with the teacher name, registered mobile number, registered email, teacher ID, and school name. We may verify the request before processing it. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or school-record purposes.
